UC Davis Olive Center Celebrates 10 Years of Education

I had the pleasure of attending the UC Davis Olive Center 10 Year Anniversary Celebration at the Robert Mondavi Center Institute on January 16, 2018.  The Olive Center provide education and awareness for olive oil growers, millers, store owners, customers and researchers on the latest information in the rapidly growing Olive Oil Industry.

The Olive Center is headed up by Dan Flynn (Director), Dr. Selina Wang (Chemist), Shirley Li (Assistant Director).
